Pub 330 – Publication Design in Transition
Design and production processes are an essential part of publishing in print. This course provides students a basic understanding of the principles and elements fundamental to publication design and production. The course material covers design, typography, production technologies, and computer applications in publishing. The assignments are focused on trade books, magazines, institutional publishing, and ephemera.
